To My Patients and Families,
This letter is written with great sadness and after much thought.
As of May 1, 2011 my practice will be officially closed. I will be available and continue to see patients until April 26, 2011. I will do my best to make sure everyone has enough medications through the transition. Please contact the office immediately if you are in need of any medication refills.
I am providing a list of local psychiatrists for both adult and child patients on this website. I strongly recommend that you call as soon as possible to make an appointment. You may also contact your insurance company or primary care doctor for other referrals. I hope the referral list of psychiatrists will help ease the transition.
This website, www.familychildpsych.com, will keep you updated regarding these changes. Please create a bookmark or add this site to your favorites list so that you may refer back to it. After May 1, I will post a number here for emergencies only.
